• Bispecific EpCAM/CD3 Cancer Vaccine with Single-Dose Keytruda (Pembrolizumab, PD-1 Inhibitor): Targets EpCAM on tumor cells (prevalent in adenocarcinomas of the colon, breast, stomach, prostate, esophagus, liver, pancreas, and more). This dual-purpose action bridges T cells (via CD3) to EpCAM and then to the tumors, designed to activate coordinated cytotoxic T-cell engagement with tumor cells and to support anti-tumor immunity. • Autologous Peripheral Blood Lymphocyte Infusion uses the patient's own T cells, reactivated and expanded ex vivo to target tumor antigens with enhanced specificity and cytotoxic power. Combined with Thymosin alpha-1, it promotes T-cell maturation, strengthens immunity, and combats cancer-driven suppression collected via a simple intravenous blood draw (no leukapheresis required).
• Hypofractionated Radiation Therapy with a Chemo-Sensitizing Agent shrinks tumor burden while priming immunity. Focused high-dose radiation causes DNA damage and immunogenic cell death (for example, in hepatic metastases), revealing tumor antigens. Agents such as capecitabine or oxaliplatin inhibit DNA repair, enhancing synergy and apoptosis. This outpatient approach minimizes disruption to daily life and helps patients recover faster, avoiding long hospital stays.
• Allogeneic Natural Killer (NK) Cells Infuse donor NK cells—innate effectors that rapidly detect and target tumors via cytotoxic granules and cytokines, without prior sensitization—targeting residual circulating cells and broadening immune coverage.
• Microwave Tumor Ablation (MWA): Minimally invasive, targeted destruction of solid tumors (liver, kidney, lung, prostate, breast) using microwave energy. It involves limited or percutaneous access, spares healthy tissue, reduces pain and side effects, enables quick outpatient sessions (~30 minutes), and promotes fast recovery with minimal scarring. Microwave ablation is a well-established, minimally invasive technique; outcomes vary by patient, tumor size, location, and stage.
